Judge Samson

The tragic cycle of sin in the book of Judges grinds toward a conclusion with the story of Samson. Sadly, it seems that the character and life of Samson provides a parallel to the character and life of Israel as a nation. Samson was a strong man made weak by his own uncontrolled lusts. Israel was a strong nation made weak by her own out-of-control idolatries.
